About the Role

The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead is a critical position at Blue Skies Consulting, responsible for planning and delivering all change management activities within the context of a system deployment or business/technical transformation project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and communication activities to ensure clear understanding and buy-in from key stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate change impacts to the business resulting from the business/technical transformation.
  • Establish and manage a network of change champions to drive adoption and support.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to change.
  • Provide governance and oversight to ensure adherence to the agreed-upon strategy or playbook.
Requirements
  • At least 7-10 years of consulting experience, preferably with a Big 4 firm.
  • Expertise in OCM best practices and experience leading change management efforts for large-scale system implementation projects.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to drive team productivity and collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of a global organization.
  • Experience with SAFe, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies, as well as risk identification and mitigation planning and execution.
What We Offer

Blue Skies Consulting offers competitive compensation tailored to qualifications and experience, ranging from $100,000 to $250,000 per year, depending on expertise and years of experience.
