Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in expanding our clientele and enhancing relationships with existing customers in the commercial flooring sector.


Location:

Remote opportunities available across various regions.


Compensation:

Base Salary: $75,000 - $125,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000+


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow our portfolio.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets and identify market opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Engage in consultative selling to understand customer requirements and close deals effectively.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the commercial or industrial flooring industry.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales.
  • Familiarity with construction processes is advantageous.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various flooring products.
