Lead Sales Strategist

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in expanding our clientele and enhancing relationships with existing customers in the commercial flooring sector.
Location:
Remote opportunities available across various regions.
Compensation:
Base Salary: $75,000 - $125,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000+
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow our portfolio.
- Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets and identify market opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Engage in consultative selling to understand customer requirements and close deals effectively.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the commercial or industrial flooring industry.
- Proven track record in B2B sales.
- Familiarity with construction processes is advantageous.
- Comprehensive knowledge of various flooring products.
