About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team at Wunderman Thompson. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and marketing goals.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including project estimates, SOWs, and billing.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in advertising or marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of client business, objectives, category, and products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to analyze results, interpret data, and develop insightful recommendations.
