Job Title: Training Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Coordinator to join our team at International Paper. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs to meet the needs of our employees and the organization.
  • Coordinate with management to identify training needs and develop training plans.
  • Deliver training sessions and provide coaching and feedback to employees.
  • Track training progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure training is aligned with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in training and development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office.
