Program Overview

The program is designed to prepare you for a leadership role in one of our top-tier cities, including Austin, Nashville, Charlotte, Raleigh, Richmond, Greensboro, and Knoxville. You will work closely with our experienced managers and leadership teams to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as budget development, conflict management, and business negotiation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage and oversee branch operations, including customer service, sales, and marketing
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with location managers and other stakeholders
  • Provide training and development opportunities to team members
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in operations management, business administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in operations management or a related field
  • Strong budget development and oversight skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
