Developmental Disabilities Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Developmental Disabilities Program Manager to join our team at the Center for Developmentally Disabled (CDD). As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Program Oversight: Directly supervise, train, and evaluate Residential Specialists for assigned locations, ensuring that services are delivered in accordance with Person Centered Support Plan (PCSP) principles.
- Service Coordination: Implement and monitor individualized services, act as the direct contact person with service coordination entities, and ensure that PCSPs are in accordance with Missouri Quality Outcomes.
- Case Management: Maintain Case Record Books (CRBs) and Medical Record Books (MRBs), complete discharge summaries, and follow up on individuals leaving the agency.
- Site Visits: Conduct monthly site visits to review resident progress, medical records, and documentation in Therap, case records, resident money ledgers, and cash balances.
- Reporting: Complete monthly directives, submit reports to Support Coordinators, and upload completed MARs and POs from the previous month into Therap.
- Training and Development: Provide monthly in-service trainings at each location, facilitate staff development, and conduct in-home skills training to DSPs as needed.
- Communication: Serve as the contact person for relaying house/programmatic information to the Program Director, alter personal schedules when needed to observe all program operations, and attend meetings as required at each location.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in education, rehabilitation, social, or behavioral science field with a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience with persons with developmental disabilities.
- Experience: Master's degree in education, rehabilitation, social, or behavioral science field preferred with two years of program management and staff supervisory experience.
- Skills: Valid driver's license, clean driving record, ability to pass medication, adult CPR, and First Aid classes, and experience in the developmental disabilities field.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift 10 pounds consistently, 20 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
