Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Implementation Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for implementing pricing requests, troubleshooting contract-related issues, and maintaining internal pricing databases. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement pricing requests and troubleshoot contract-related issues
  • Maintain internal pricing databases and customer portals
  • Run reports and analyze data related to high-value purchase orders
  • Calculate weekly bids and update pricing on bids/PAD codes
  • Create new bids, PAD codes, and group pricing for program customers
  • Pull and analyze customer sales data and calculate rebates
  • Respond to internal and external customers for custom reporting
  • Provide analysis and details for program business performance reviews
  • Support new customer and region implementation and rollout
Requirements
  • Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel
  • Basic understanding of contract terminology
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to follow a script to complete daily, weekly, and irregular tasks
Preferred Qualifications
  • AS400 experience
  • Produce knowledge
  • Intermediate level of experience with data analysis
  • Previous experience with Tableau and associated reporting features
