NSS is seeking a skilled Financial Implementation Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for implementing financial systems, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with General Accepted Accounting Practices (GAAP) and industry best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration and at least 6 years of experience in a related field. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and working knowledge of Deltek Cospoint are required.

The Financial Implementation Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Researching and documenting existing contracts and financial systems
  • Creating a master project plan, detailing scope, deliverables, and tasks
  • Estimating costs, payment terms, and quality assurance
  • Assisting in data recording, input, and acquisition for installing customized CP systems
  • Creating weekly and monthly reports detailing objectives, project status, metrics, and KPIs

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills, with a strong ability to problem-solve, think critically, and analyze data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration
  • At least 6 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications
  • Working knowledge of Deltek Cospoint
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills

Salary: $79,000 - $85,000
