Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Development Manager to join our team at Resolute Road Hospitality. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage existing industry contacts and relationships to grow the pipeline of new hotel management opportunities.
  • Partner with the executive team to create a business development roadmap aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Accurately articulate the value proposition of Resolute Road Hospitality to current and prospective clients.
  • Manage business development efforts, including written proposals, presentations, and solution packages.
  • Prospect, screen, model, develop, and maintain relationships from inception to close.
  • Perform market research and analysis to prioritize new market expansion strategy for prospective hotel management contracts.
  • Canvass new markets and develop relationships with local stakeholders to drive key target market expansion.
  • Present new deal opportunities to internal stakeholders, effectively communicating each deal's contribution to Resolute Road Hospitality's broader strategic vision.
  • Own submission of Letters of Intent (LOI) to key hotel stakeholders and manage/support the LOI negotiation process from submission to execution.
  • Manage/support the contract negotiation process from initial draft to final execution.
  • Travel to markets across the Intermountain West, conducting market/property tours for potential hotel management opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of market and industry trends to be viewed as a subject matter expert.

Requirements

  • Seven years of experience in the hotel/hospitality industry.
  • Understanding of hotel/hospitality transactions, including Real Estate acquisitions and management contracts.
  • A strong network of contacts with potential owners, developers, and investors.
  • Experience in the Intermountain West market.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and sales skills with exposure to the extended sales cycle.
