Device Enablement Program Manager

HP Development Company, L.P. is seeking a highly skilled Device Enablement Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the sales and operations enablement of New Product Introductions (NPIs) in coordination with other functions and organizations to drive accurate and timely results.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the sales and operations enablement of NPIs in coordination with other functions and organizations to drive accurate and timely results.
- Engage in NPI PMT forums to discuss and align contractual portfolio strategy and requirements with the program team.
- Provide pre-sales and sales product support.
- Train and communicate product information to markets and sales teams.
- Partner with Print and Managed Services GBUs to develop aligned Workforce Solutions product roadmap.
- Serve as lead for product categories providing consultancy and support for contractual integration.
- Drive standardization, alignment, and prioritization of product portfolio for strategic initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional forums to discuss NPIs and exception requests, align on prioritization, and drive timely resolution.
- Support pilot programs to gain new business insights.
- Advise and support tools, infrastructure, and process development.
- Represent contractual hardware in various workshops and forums.
- Develops and builds productive internal/external working relationships.
- Proven experience in managing programs, projects, portfolio or product management across multiple functions to deliver the outcomes specified in the original business case.
- Experience leading and/or supporting organizational change and transformation for large-scale global projects.
- First-level university degree or equivalent.
- Advanced university degree preferred.
- Typically, 10+ years' experience in program management or similar role.
- Experience with MPS systems and tools.
- Experience driving process improvement.
- Deep knowledge of Print products and offerings.
- Strong financial and business acumen.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to influence portfolio roadmap & investment.
- Proactive coordination and execution.
- Strong team player.
- Well organized.
- Detail oriented.
- Customer focus.
