Job Summary

As a Senior Process Development Manager at Micron Technology, you will play a key role in guiding area process owners in next-generation process development. This includes defining, characterizing, and optimizing unit processes in preparation for transfer to high-volume manufacturing. Your primary responsibility will be to drive a proactive safety environment and support the execution of EHS and PHA management systems.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in roadmap building, vendor meetings, TRMs, and other activities to drive equipment and process technology
Contribute solutions to gaps in the area roadmap
Formulate projects when solutions are required beyond the scope of existing processes and infrastructure
Provide fixing support for sophisticated problems and address root causes

Requirements

Strong technical skills, including data analysis, DOE, and area technology
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
