Cloud Channel Development Manager

Ensono is seeking a Cloud Channel Development Manager to drive business growth by identifying, establishing, and leading key partnerships with AWS/GCP. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AWS and GCP sales teams and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships to support sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow the Ensono brand with partners by evangelizing Ensono's vision for cloud services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to grow Channels for Ensono with Product, Marketing, and Sales.
- Manage, track, and report pipeline and generate leads for Ensono.
- Build deep relationships with key partner reps within Ensono's focused verticals.
- Project management of competency audits and compliance partner goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 4+ years in Channel/Sales, supporting System Integrators, ISVs, or Re-sellers focused on AWS and/or GCP.
- Problem-solving ability and experience in aligning cross-functional teams toward common objectives.
- Previous experience with salesforce reporting.
- Vertical experience in financial services, manufacturing, and retail is ideal.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, ability to quickly analyze and execute in a rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with direct sales, marketing, and partner success teams.
- Highly independent and self-motivated with the ability to proactively seek out solutions and opportunities.
