Job Summary

We're seeking a Guest Advocate to join our team. As a Guest Advocate, you'll be the face of Target, welcoming and serving guests with a smile. You'll be responsible for creating a seamless shopping experience, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive experience for all guests.
  • Answer questions, resolve issues, and make recommendations to guests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register, handle cash transactions, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Work efficiently to minimize guest wait times, while maintaining guest service, accuracy, and quality.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including stocking supplies, maintaining a clean and clutter-free work area, and ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
  • Support guest services, including order pick-up, drive-up, and registry services.
  • Partner with leaders to de-escalate negative situations and recover the guest shopping experience.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
