We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Criminal Defense Attorney to join our team as an Intake Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our case intake process, reviewing and analyzing potential cases, and collaborating with our team of attorneys and legal assistants to provide exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities- Case Management: Monitor our case management software to identify potential cases and review intake sheets and documents from potential clients.
- Client Communication: Interact with clients, answer legal questions, and explain legal processes to ensure they understand their options and the services we can provide.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Criminal Defense Department team to identify potential cases, develop legal strategies, and provide feedback to the sales team.
- Intake Process: Oversee intake paralegals and virtual assistants to ensure a smooth and efficient intake process.
- Experience: At least 1-5 years of experience in Criminal Defense Law.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage a caseload, and experience with case management software.
- Education: Admitted attorney with a strong understanding of criminal defense law.
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and a range of other perks.
