Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Intake Sales Specialist to manage our incoming calls, perform administrative tasks, and provide exceptional customer service. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for screening calls, adding leads to tracking systems, following up on existing leads, and informing prospective clients about our legal services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Provide accurate information and customer service via phone and email
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties, such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to leads through cold calling
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Customer Service Representative, Sales Team Member, Receptionist, Intake Specialist, or similar role
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
  • High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
