Job Summary

Mirbeau Hospitality Services is seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join its HR team. This role will support the HR Team and our four Mirbeau properties located in Skaneateles NY, Rhinebeck NY, Albany NY, and Plymouth, MA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes by posting open positions, reviewing applications, and conducting phone screens to viable candidates.
  • Manage and oversee benefits administration, including 401K, Medical, Dental, and Vision plans.
  • Oversee leaves of absence for the Mirbeau properties, including PFL, FMLA, DBL, and PFML.
  • Assist with the execution of employee recognition programs.
  • Respond to reference checks and verifications of employment.
  • Conduct exit interviews.
  • Update and maintain internal company documents.
  • Manage Employee Assistance Program.
  • Assist the Director of HR and HR Manager with HR projects.
  • Dedicated HR support for our Spa Mirbeau Albany location.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or higher.
  • 2 years of experience in HR or a related field; leave management experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, as part of a team.
