Job Title: North America Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our efforts in the North American market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Lead and manage a direct sales team to achieve sales objectives
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or Engineering
  • Minimum 5-7 years of direct technical sales experience in capital equipment and/or instrumentation
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
