Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Property Operations Specialist to join our team at DC Staffing Solutions. This role will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service while achieving or exceeding company goals.

About the Role

  • Assist the Property Manager in supporting the growth and development of the organization.
  • Oversee the Operations Team, including scheduling and monitoring leasing activity.
  • Approve applications, sign leases, and manage lease renewals.
  • Perform move-out inspections, complete move-out transmittals, and prepare collection paperwork.
  • Provide team training and respond to resident concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work with the Service Manager to coordinate routine inspections and ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of related experience, including knowledge of property management software.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and generate reports.
