Drive Revenue Growth as a Key Account Director

Amplience is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Director to join our team. As a Key Account Director, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key clients, driving revenue growth, and developing strategies to meet or exceed annual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed the annual sales quota in excess of $850K.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop account strategies and plans to achieve revenue goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Organize and conduct executive level meetings and quarterly business reviews.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, customer support, and product development teams to drive customer satisfaction and product improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a selling and Account Management role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools such as Salesforce and Clari.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time regionally and nationally and up to 10% of the time internationally.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000 - $125,000/annually + Commission Incentive Pay + benefits.
