Director of Account Management

About the Role:
NBCUniversal is seeking a Director of Account Management to oversee the Account Management function and growth within our organization.
This pivotal leadership role is responsible for partnering with agency holding companies across programmatic, streaming, and linear executions.
The ideal candidate will have robust experience in client service management and a customer-centric mindset, with a focus on supporting business growth.
This leader will oversee a team of account managers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and champion client satisfaction and retention efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team focused on driving incremental revenue, upselling, and client retention.
- Provide ongoing support, guidance, and performance feedback to Account Managers.
- Oversee the onboarding and training processes to ensure team members integrate smoothly.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Serve as an escalation contact for key clients and build strong, long-term relationships.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of proven client service management experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
- Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice.
