Account Director

At Enthuse, we're seeking a seasoned Account Director to lead our client/agency relationships for a designated business unit. As a trusted leader, you'll play a key role in our agency's leadership team, reporting to our Senior Account Director.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive account plans to meet client objectives
  • Fostering strong client relationships through regular communication
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop innovative solutions
  • Serving as a strategic advisor to clients
  • Overseeing project timelines and budgets
  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance
  • Actively seeking opportunities to upsell and expand existing accounts
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities
  • Leading and mentoring direct reports

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 7-9 years of experience in account management
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and technologies

Enthuse offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $135,000.00-$175,000.00 annually, plus bonus potential and full benefits.
