Executive Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Office Coordinator to join our team at Discover Staffing. As an integral part of our office operations, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our staff, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement effective filing systems, ensuring easy access to important documents and information.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare reports, and perform other specialized tasks as required.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A minimum of three years' experience in an administrative capacity, preferably in a medical office setting.
- An associates degree in office administration or a related field.
- Excellent typing skills, with a minimum speed of 50 wpm.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to exercise good judgment and discretion.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
Work Location: In-person, with occasional remote work opportunities.
