Office Operations Coordinator

The Administrative Assistant will manage calendars and schedules, schedule meetings, book travel, and prepare and/or update documents using Word, PPT, and Excel. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with colleagues to accomplish different aspects of the job and/or help with broader enterprise and office needs.
The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience supporting a Senior Executive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. They should possess strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern technology, including Zoom, MS Teams, and video conferencing tools.
Other responsibilities include participating in Special Projects as needed and assisting with logistics for meetings and events.
