Office Coordinator Lead

We are seeking a skilled and organized Office Coordinator Lead to join our team at a top-tier consumer packaged goods company.
About the JobThis role involves coordinating various tasks including managing work orders, room setups, shipments, catering requests, office supplies, room reservations, and event planning. The ideal candidate will have experience in event management and be proficient in MS Office.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate work order requests and ensure timely completion.
- Manage room setup requests and ensure proper arrangements.
- Process FedEx package shipments and maintain accurate records.
- Order and maintain office supplies inventory, as requested.
- Coordinate room reservations and ensure proper setup for meetings and events.
- Assist in event planning, coordination, and support.
- Manage food and catering requests, including setup and cleanup for meetings and events.
- Serve as a backfill for the local administrative assistant when needed.
The estimated salary for this position is $24/hour, based on industry standards for similar roles in Alpharetta, GA 30009.
Qualifications:- Experience in event management and/or meeting coordination.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic work prioritization.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
