About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team at Wealth With No Regrets.

You will provide administrative support to the COO/CFO, including managing calendars, scheduling client visits, and organizing priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Organize, manage and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments that move the business forward.
  • Provide administrative support to the COO/CFO, including (but not limited to) managing calendars, scheduling client visits, and organizing priorities.
  • Arrange and coordinate travel plans, such as booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed to move the business forward.
  • Assist with accounting related tasks, such as billing, reconciliation, and reporting.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, based on industry standards and location in Alpharetta, GA.

In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, pay increases, holidays, health benefits, retirement, and fringe benefits.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management software, preferred.
  • Accounting experience, preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
