About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and personable Administrative Assistant to join our team at DaVita. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks, including change requisitions, treatment logs, patient charts, invoices, and purchase orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with transportation arrangements and physician appointments
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of experience in a medical administrative role preferred
  • Excellent computer and clerical skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to type 60 WPM
