Radiology Office Director

Advanced Radiology Consultants is seeking a highly skilled Radiology Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our diagnostic imaging office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management principles and practices, with experience in the radiology industry preferred.
This is a supervisory role that requires the ability to develop and implement office procedures, assign and schedule work, and expedite the flow of patients. The successful candidate will also be responsible for training, developing, and evaluating staff, as well as managing radiology activities through the coordination of resources to facilitate optimal patient care.
The Radiology Office Manager will work closely with the Director of Clinical Operations to ensure that services are provided in accordance with policies and procedures. This includes ensuring that equipment is properly maintained and repairs are attended to promptly, as well as coordinating the procurement of all necessary supplies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of FDA, ACR, and MQSA regulatory standards, and will be able to identify, investigate, and assist in problem-solving associated with radiology service delivery. They will also be responsible for providing direct services and working any role they are qualified to perform as necessary to maintain departmental operations.
