About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Collection Associate to join our team at KONE. As a key member of our branch operations, you will be responsible for performing a variety of credit collection tasks, including initial contact with customers, requesting action, and recording disputes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with customers to resolve credit disputes and ensure timely payment.
  • Utilize office management tools, such as SAP and Excel, to track and manage credit collections.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure successful credit collection outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Document status updates and details to present to stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of relevant B2B collections experience.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and other office management tools.
  • An associates' degree in a related field or 10+ years of experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A results-driven and detail-oriented approach to work.
