Primary Duties Include:

  • Organize and lead Quarterly Business Reviews for KAPs to pinpoint areas of partner success and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Talent and Business Owners to develop Functional Area training; assist in fulfilling partnership training requirements and growth objectives.
  • Work with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective use and proper distribution of MDF and other incentives.
  • Oversee the Deal registration process with KAP vendors, ensuring our access and visibility in all partnership profiles: create our profile, confirm K2's status as a preferred partner publicly, review website terms and conditions, and manage miscellaneous documentation.
  • Recommend approvals (when suitable), complete necessary documentation to register deals, and act as the "Sales Owner on Record" for these transactions.
  • Collaborate with the technology committee to advocate for vendor partners whenever necessary.
  • Annually prepare a comprehensive report for K2 leadership detailing the current state of partnership levels, value drivers, and strategies to elevate our standing.
  • Establish bi-monthly check-ins with business owners, Finance, Business Development, and Account Management.
  • Assist Finance and Accounting in resolving invoicing and billing discrepancies.

Qualifications:
