Job Overview:

Boeing Global Services is on the lookout for a Systems Architect & Data Management Expert (Intermediate) to join the Aviation Business Consulting Optimized Maintenance Programs (OMP) team. This team, based in Seattle, Washington, is dedicated to delivering tailored maintenance solutions that provide exceptional value to both commercial and military clients worldwide.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Implement Optimized Maintenance Program (OMP) revenue contracts by leveraging technical, engineering, and aviation expertise. This includes collaboration with global commercial and military aircraft operators while adhering to Boeing Program Management Best Practices.
  • Stay updated with Boeing Fleet Scheduled Maintenance Programs and industry maintenance policies. Ensure technical compliance with Boeing Design and Certification programs, prioritizing safety and quality in OMP products and customer regulatory approvals.
  • Contribute valuable technical insights on OMP products, focusing on quality enhancement and product offering expansion.

Work Environment:

This role is hybrid, requiring the selected candidate to perform some tasks onsite, as determined by the hiring team.

Compliance Requirements:

This position must adhere to export control compliance standards. A "U.S. Person," as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15, is required for this role.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 3 years of engineering experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in developing aircraft maintenance programs and/or MSG-3 analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience in roles requiring strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with airline maintenance programs and practices.
  • 3+ years of experience in statistical analysis and data analytics techniques for large datasets.
  • 3+ years of experience with aircraft maintenance regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in a collaborative environment addressing diverse stakeholder needs.
  • 1+ years of experience with knowledge of commercial and commercial derivative aircraft maintenance processes and standard practices.
  • 1+ years of experience applying statistical analysis.

Typical Education/Experience:

Education and experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited institution in engineering (e.g., Bachelor's degree) and generally 5 or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.

Pay Range: Intermediate Level: $104,550 - $141,450
