Job Overview

Engineers Construction, Inc. is seeking a skilled laborer with 2+ years of experience in heavy civil construction to join our Trenchless Technologies group.

The ideal candidate will possess technical skills, including practical knowledge of heavy building, pipeline construction, layout, plan reading, and basic mechanics. A valid Vermont Driver's License is required, and a CDL driver's license is a plus.

We offer a range of certifications, such as forklift training, OSHA 10 or 30 hr, Rigging/Signalman, HazWOper, etc., which are valuable assets to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the installation and maintenance of trenchless construction methods, including Horizontal Directional Drilling, Pipe Ramming, Auger Boring, Pipe Bursting, and Tunnelling.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
