Human Resources Benefits Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company near the Phoenix/Tempe area. This organization is seeking a skilled HR Benefits Specialist to support their team. The ideal candidate will work in-office, Monday through Friday, with flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness initiatives.
- Oversee FMLA and LOA processes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Handle workers' compensation claims and provide guidance to employees throughout the process.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement benefits communications and educational materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations affecting employee benefits.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration, including FMLA, LOA, and workers' compensation.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; High school diploma or equivalent required.
- PHR or SHRM certification highly preferred.
- Experience with Paylocity and UKG/UltiPro preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
