The Human Resources Coordinator role at WINSLOW GUIDANCE ASSOCIATES is a key position that requires a high level of commitment to excellence. The department is responsible for managing all employee-related needs, and the successful candidate will be involved in various activities such as new hires, employee recruitment, performance management, and employee training and development.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing all WGA locations
  • Processing new hires, running background screenings, references, scheduling drug screenings, and tracking status
  • Providing benefit packets to eligible new hires and ensuring receipt documentation is placed in files
  • Entering employee data into the computer database
  • Compiling and maintaining paper, digital, and electronic employee records, including holiday and sickness leaves
  • Assisting with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts
