Job Purpose

As our Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the employee lifecycle from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include conducting engaging new hire orientations, processing necessary forms and updates in our HRIS system, and skillfully managing the offboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for departing employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Primary Contact: Act as the first point of contact for new hires, guiding them through the onboarding process and conducting engaging New Hire Orientations (NEO).
  • Background Checks: Collaborate with vendors to conduct thorough background and drug screenings for new hires.
  • Employee Setup: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all setups for new hires are complete and adequate.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks, including maintaining employee files, document retention, updating HRIS systems with employee changes (including terminations), and managing both digital and hard copy HR data, forms, and documents.
  • Data Entry: Accurately perform data entry into HRIS systems.
  • HR Support: Efficiently handle and respond to HR support requests and inquiries.
  • Employment Verifications: Complete employment verification as requested by third parties.
  • Procedural Updates: Regularly update and refine standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Communication: Provide prompt responses to inquiries received through the HR general email, directing questions to appropriate stakeholders when necessary.
  • Ethical Standards: Uphold a commitment to high professional and ethical standards in a diverse workplace.
  • Miscellaneous: Take on additional duties as required.
Requirements
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: At least two years in administrative or HR roles, with hands-on experience in onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
  • Strong Communication Abilities: A firm commitment to ethical conduct, capable of maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding data integrity.
  • Exceptional Attention to Detail: Proficient in thinking on your feet, deadline-oriented with strong written and oral communication skills.
Work Schedule
  • Join us at our vibrant office Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
