Objective:

At Community Choice Financial Family of Brands, we provide essential financial services to underserved communities. As a Customer Engagement Representative, you will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with our diverse clientele, ensuring seamless transactions, and delivering outstanding in-store service.

Primary Duties:

  • Establish rapport with clients to encourage repeat transactions.
  • Accurately handle transactions, including check cashing, money transfers, and bill payments.
  • Provide customized financial solutions that meet individual client needs.
  • Maintain accurate client records within our systems.
  • Generate new business opportunities through targeted outreach.
  • Oversee client accounts and manage collections effectively.
  • Ensure the store environment is welcoming and meets quality standards.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about products and services.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced setting to achieve performance goals.
  • Commit to a full-time schedule with required in-person attendance, including weekends.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Exhibit professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
  • Familiarity with various software systems, including POS and Microsoft Office.
  • Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check is required.
  • Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

  • Experience in customer service or cash handling roles.
  • Background in retail, financial services, or banking sectors.
