Nighttime Pastry Specialist

About the Role:

As a Nighttime Pastry Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting a variety of fresh breads and pastries during the overnight hours. Your expertise will ensure that all baked goods meet the high standards of Panera Bread.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake a selection of fresh bread and pastries each night.
  • Adhere to Panera's quality standards in all baking processes.
  • Embody the cultural values of Panera in your daily tasks.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Assist with additional tasks such as stocking, preparation, and maintaining cleanliness.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in baking or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory (comprehensive training will be provided).
  • Willingness to work overnight shifts (typically from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., with some variations).
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment is beneficial.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
