Client Support Specialist

RemX is in search of a Client Support Specialist to become a vital part of a vibrant team.

**This position has the potential for permanent placement**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handles less intricate accounts and takes charge of inputting and sustaining the customer order fulfillment system using word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Oversees the order processing to guarantee that customer shipments are executed as promised and within projected allocations.
  • Timely and accurately receives and processes orders.
  • Addresses customer inquiries and requests effectively.
  • Generates clear and concise reports, documentation, and routine customer correspondence both internally and externally under the guidance of supervisors and experienced team members.
  • Engages in a collaborative team environment and participates in team-specific tasks to ensure comprehensive account coverage.
Required Qualifications:
  • 0-2 years of experience in Client Support, required.
  • High School diploma or GED; Associate's Degree preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities (friendly, courteous, professional, and helpful).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows 2000/XP Professional.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic, with an emphasis on attendance and punctuality.
  • Capable of working with minimal supervision.
