- Fluency in English is required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Attention to detail and a strong desire to learn are essential.

- Complete a minimum of 52 hours of training annually, including mandatory courses.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to exceed expectations.
- Exhibit a sense of urgency and a willingness to provide solutions.
- Proficiency in various software applications, including MS Office.
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute and proficiency in 10-key entry.
- Able to identify and suggest improvements to management.
- Dangerous Goods (DG) Certification is required.
- Ability to adapt to change and perform effectively in high-pressure situations.
- Compliance certifications necessary for job functions must be obtained and maintained.
- Understanding of Export Compliance regulations.
- General knowledge of airline and logistics operations.
