Job Title: Senior Operations Lead Analyst

Job Summary:

The Senior Operations Lead Analyst is a senior-level position responsible for providing business operations support services to 00002 Citibank, N.A. This role involves developing and implementing operational processes, procedures, and policies to ensure the smooth operation of the business. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business operations, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational processes, procedures, and policies to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
  • Provide business operations support services to 00002 Citibank, N.A., including record/documentation maintenance, storage and retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging, and opening of accounts.
  • Serve as the liaison between business operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians, and clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Global Account managers for suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead projects across multiple business operations areas, serving as an analytical and/or procedural expert and coach lower-level team members on operational processes.
  • Analyze existing operational processes and apply creativity to complex situations.
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing and platform rollouts.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to senior stakeholders and/or other team members.
  • Assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of experience in business operations.
  • Experience in developing risk management programs, identifying significant processes, risks, and assessing key controls and monitoring associated with these significant processes.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
  • Proven organization and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Master's degree preferred.
