About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our Data & Analytics organization at Brooksource. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with data leaders and analytics teams to drive business results.

Responsibilities
  • Data Provisioning and Reporting: Collaborate with the business to understand requirements and provide high-quality data for business intelligence reporting.
  • Requirements Gathering: Lead workshops to gather detailed requirements for data provisioning and reporting requests.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Organize and coordinate unit and regression testing with QA team members, and lead user acceptance testing.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Intake ongoing reporting requirements, enhancements, and bugs, and communicate with the director and scrum master to prioritize development, testing, and delivery.
  • Self-Service Business Intelligence: Promote, enable, and support self-service business intelligence reporting for business teams.
  • Data Analyst Process: Create, maintain, and support data analyst process SOPs for the data organization.
  • Team Management: Manage team tasks and deliverables in Azure Dev Ops (ADO).
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: 3+ years in a Business Analyst or Data Analyst capacity building BRDs and DRDs.
  • Skills: Data mapping, data profiling, data cleansing, data auditing, data provisioning, or data mining; experience with Power BI, Informatica, SQL, SAP ERP, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
