The Citigroup Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Lead Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing strategic operations and validation activities associated with the aggregation of data from multiple source systems.
Key Responsibilities- Perform detailed operations and validation activities to ensure consistent reporting and data quality of source systems.
- Design and analyze complex data reports for use by resolution planning teams, senior management, and regulators.
- Recommends and oversees process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manages and executes operations activities associated with system enhancement projects.
- Develops a comprehensive understanding of resolution plan data sourcing to support and influence cross-functional teams and management.
- Prepares analyses, reports, presentations, and other communications for senior management consumption.
- Drives compliance with applicable regulations and policy, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
- 6+ years of experience in a related technology role and subject matter expert in overall field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis.
- 3+ years of program management skills, with attention to detail and ability to deliver on milestones.
- Subject matter expertise in MS Excel, proficiency in Word and Power Point.
- Demonstrated excellence in producing executive-level communications.
- Financial analysis experience preferred.
- Excellent analytical capabilities, demonstrated experience in working with large and complex data files.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical and business issues to senior managers.
- Organizational and project management skills.
- Problem solver with the ability to translate plans into actions.
- Ability to prioritize across multiple deliverables.
- A mature and dependable team player with a positive attitude.
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
