Key Responsibilities:

  • Senior Business Analyst with over 10 years of experience, primarily in the finance and private banking sectors.
  • Extensive domain knowledge in Wealth Management or Private Banking is essential.
  • Experience in investment banking is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Data Analytics is a plus.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing complex analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal, diplomatic, and influencing capabilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders at the Director and/or MD level.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies, including User Story Mapping, Backlog Prioritization, Management, and Jira.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Defining business, financial, and operational requirements and systems objectives through collaboration with decision-makers, systems owners, and end users.
  • Identifying and establishing the scope and parameters of systems analysis to define outcome criteria and actionable measures.
  • Analyzing business processes, identifying capability gaps, and determining appropriate data sources, mappings, interfaces, and necessary process changes.
  • Generating and compiling reports based on findings, including identifying probable causes and potential solutions to systems issues.
  • Providing strategic advice related to technology or operations of the business, ensuring adherence to essential procedures, and contributing to the establishment of standards.
  • Filtering, prioritizing, and validating complex information from multiple sources while performing additional duties as assigned.
