Key Responsibilities:
- Develop technical specifications and documentation for technology solutions that support downstream applications.
- Identify and manage project and application risks and issues.
- Collaborate with a team of analysts and subject matter experts to identify and address functional gaps, promoting continuous process enhancements.
- Document product artifacts, including Target Operating Models (TOMs), control frameworks, business requirements, user stories, and test plans.
- Conduct data wrangling and analytics operations.
- Create report specifications after analyzing complex database schemas.

- Familiarity with Jira and Agile methodologies.
