The main goal of a PEC is to cultivate leads, finalize appointments, sustain patient memberships, and foster a strong clinic-patient rapport. This is achieved through the following responsibilities:

Lead Generation Activities:

  • Managing social media platforms effectively
  • Building partnerships with local businesses and key influencers
  • Connecting with corporate wellness coordinators
  • Participating in community outreach events such as health fairs and educational sessions
  • Engaging with potential patients through phone, text, and email communications
  • Organizing and tracking all interactions with leads according to established workflows
  • Scheduling initial examination appointments for prospective patients
  • Sending timely appointment reminders
  • Possessing comprehensive knowledge about NuSpine and chiropractic practices to address frequently asked questions
  • Articulating the unique benefits of NuSpine services
  • Understanding pricing structures and membership plans
  • Exhibiting exceptional customer service
  • Utilizing social media channels in collaboration with the franchise office to attract and engage leads
  • Answering phone inquiries to arrange new patient visits

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

This role is with a franchisee of NuSpine Chiropractic, which is responsible for the independent management and operation of its business, including hiring, supervision, and day-to-day employee management.
