Position Overview:

The Client Support Associate plays a crucial role in assisting the MedPro Sales Team. This team member is tasked with managing incoming sales inquiries, providing support for trade shows and internal MedPro events, facilitating the onboarding process for new clients, and handling renewals for existing accounts, while also contributing to the company's marketing initiatives. This position will report to the Senior Director of Business Development & Partnerships.

Work Expectations

  • Full-time: 40 hours per week; Exempt Position

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Sales Team by providing essential support, information, and guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Manage and process incoming leads and opportunities from website visitors and partners.
  • Handle notifications for new clients, renewals, and cancellations, including data entry in Salesforce and communication with external partners.
  • Assist in managing team calendars, coordinating meetings, scanning and filing contracts and legal documents, and supporting data entry and processing tasks.
  • Plan and coordinate logistics for trade shows that MedPro participates in, including travel arrangements and vendor coordination.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for internal sales support processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills, maintain high levels of organization and attention to detail, and manage multiple tasks under pressure while meeting deadlines.
  • Must possess close visual acuity for tasks such as preparing and analyzing data, transcribing, and extensive reading, and be able to remain stationary for a significant portion of the workday.

Education and Certification

  • A Bachelor's Degree in any field with a strong academic background in business, management, or marketing is required.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant post-collegiate work experience.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Atlassian tools such as Confluence and JIRA.

Travel Requirements

Occasional travel may be required.

Physical Requirements

Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
