Position Overview:
The Client Relations Support Specialist plays a crucial role in assisting the MedPro Sales Team. This team member is tasked with managing incoming sales inquiries, supporting trade shows and internal MedPro events, facilitating the onboarding of new clients, and handling renewals for existing accounts, as well as contributing to the company's marketing initiatives. This position will report to the Senior Director of Business Development & Partnerships.
Work Schedule
- Full-time: 40 hours per week; Exempt Position

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Sales Team by providing essential support, information, and guidance throughout the sales process.
- Manage incoming leads and opportunities generated from the MedPro website and partner sources.
- Handle notifications for new clients, renewals, and cancellations, including data entry in Salesforce and communication with external partners.
- Assist in managing team schedules, coordinating meetings, organizing contracts and legal documents, and supporting data entry tasks.
- Plan and coordinate logistics for trade shows that MedPro participates in, including travel arrangements and exhibit materials.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for internal sales support processes; identify areas for improvement.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills, high organizational abilities, attention to detail, self-discipline, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Maintain close visual acuity for tasks such as data analysis, transcription, and extensive reading. This role requires the ability to remain stationary for significant periods.
Educational Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in any field, with a strong academic background in business, management, or marketing.

Experience Required
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant post-collegiate work experience.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with Salesforce and Atlassian tools such as Confluence and JIRA.
Travel Requirements
Occasional travel, approximately 10%.
Physical Demands
Must be able to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
