Responsibilities

  • Assist in receiving, inspecting, handling, and stocking inbound products.
  • Receive returns, count and confirm quantities, determine condition, and complete paperwork.
  • Arrange for pick-up of shipments, contact delivery drivers, and coordinate schedules.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments in the company.
  • Respond quickly to customer inquiries, resolve problems, and communicate service issues to supervisors.
  • Encourage safe work practices in others.
  • Arrange daily cycle counts and follow up on variances.
  • Provide weekly report updates.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to the position.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
  • 1 year of relevant experience preferred, but no experience is acceptable as we provide comprehensive training.
  • Moderate computer skills, with assistance in report data collection.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, ability to follow supervision, and good communication skills.
