Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Grants and Contracts Admin Spec to join our team at the State of Wyoming. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing federally-funded and state-funded grant programs to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the management and oversight of grant programs to ensure compliance with all state and federal laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Review and analyze grant budgets and disbursements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve grant-related issues and ensure timely completion of grant projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with grant recipients and stakeholders to ensure successful grant outcomes.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in grant management or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
