Premier Bone & Joint Centers is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the operations of our Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). As the ASC Administrator, you will be responsible for directing, coordinating, and controlling all aspects of the facility's operating functions, processes, and staff. Your primary goal will be to efficiently provide surgical services that exceed customer expectations and improve clinical and financial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate all aspects of the facility's operations, including staff management, budgeting, and purchasing.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and accrediting bodies.
- Develop and implement quality improvement programs to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Medical Director and Medical Executive Committee to evaluate and develop new surgical services.
- Manage the clinical departments of nursing, central supply, housekeeping, and supervise contracted services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Nursing or Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum three years of experience in a top administrative or supervisory/management position within an ASC.
- Good command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well with physicians, employees, patients, and others.
