  • Best Practices Compliance: Adhere to agency best practices for customer correspondence, certificates of insurance, binders, cancellation requests, and other operational procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism and expertise.
Requirements
  • Experience: Commercial insurance experience is required, preferably within a commercial brokerage, with a strong understanding of industry practices and regulations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Licensing: Must possess a California Property and Casualty license, with a strong commitment to ongoing professional development.
